t is for teaspoon

There are 16 tablespoons in one cup. There are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon.

Flour is all-purpose; specialty flours will be designated like bread flour or cake flour.
Sugar is white sugar; brown sugar, powdered sugar or extra fine sugar will be named.
