Dutch Oliebollen---enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
Oh how those bring back such great memories. My father would make these all the time. He would always use raisins in them except for a small batch for me with apples in them.

I am so happy you found happy memories on Michigan Cottage Cook. The "Fat Balls" are really easy to make. My neighbor, who is from the Netherlands, tells me that her family always put tiny pieces of apple, candied ginger, and dried currants in their Oliebollen.
