When making your favorite dressing/stuffing for the Thanksgiving, take a small cookie scoop and make small balls of dressing. Freeze on a cookie sheet until frozen. Put into a freezer bag and keep in freezer until needed. When you need an appetizer for a party, put the frozen balls on a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 375° until dressing balls are browned and a little crispy on top. Serve with toothpicks. You will be surprised at how quickly they vanish.
