UNIQUE WAY TO SERVE YOUR THANKSGIVING DRESSING/STUFFING

I made dressing/stuffing balls in my post of Traditional Dressing/Stuffing; however, this method works well with any dressing/stuffing as long as it is not a custard-type and soupy which has to set up while baking.  A particular favorite dressing of mine when I lived in Missouri was cornbread stuffing mix with breakfast sausage, onions, celery and lots of chopped apple.  The balls of dressing make such a unique way to serve the dressing and they look so great on a plate.

To make your family's favorite dressing/stuffing into balls, use an ice cream scoop to make the balls.  Place the balls on a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.  Brush tops of balls with melted butter.  Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until browned and a little crispy on top.
