HOW TO MAKE A MOLDED EASTER LAMB CAKE OR EASTER BUNNY CAKE

Easter is coming early this year so it is time to think about preparing Easter baked goods.  The Easter Lamb cake is a tradition in many cultures and a joy for children.  It is really easy to make with the proper instructions which you will find in the following post:

The same instructions can be used to make an Easter Bunny cake.  Have fun and enjoy!!!!

  1. Just Happened upon your blog and have enjoyed going through all the pages for the last several years. I live in California but my heart is still in Michigan even though I left Michigan over 30 years ago. Enjoy all the pictures and the recipes. You mentioned on one of the pages that there was a recipe for Kapusta with Kielbasa but I've been unable to find it. Being Polish this would be a great addition for our Easter Dinner. Would you be able to let us know where it's located on your Blog? Thank you so much for all the time and effort your put into publishing this. Just wanted to let you know that I enjoy it. Mary Ann

  2. Hi, Mary Ann. I am sorry to be so late in answering your lovely comment. The Kapusta recipe on the blog can be found at:

I have two other recipes that I plan to post on Kapusta. One is made with bacon and one with caraway seeds. This Lithuanian Kapusta is a very good basic one that you could add what you please to it. Kapusta can be cooked all day on LOW in a SlowCooker. Just add less liquid if you are usiing a SlowCooker.
