I was at the Holland Farmer's Market this week and the tomatoes were just beautiful. There were many stalls selling the fantastic, strangely colored and shaped heirloom tomatoes. They would be great in this tomato tart that I posted last year. Enjoy the vine-ripe tomatoes now as the cold weather is tapping on the door and will soon be beating the door down.
